HOW IS A NEW ENERGY HOME DIFFERENT FROM A STANDARD HOME?
Our goal is to eliminate at least half of your energy costs when building a New Energy Home. This is accomplished through our carefully selected building materials and our unique structural design.
WHY IS A NEW ENERGY HOME MORE ENERGY EFFICIENT THAN A STANDARD HOME?
By utilizing larger wall cavities, hybrid insulation package, and by controlling all three forms of heat transfer we create a clear advantage over standard-code built homes.
HOW DOES THE COST OF A NEW ENERGY HOME COMPARE
TO A STANDARD HOME?
Through our innovative use of building materials, we keep the building costs comparable to standard construction while still improving energy efficiency that is inherent in our building design.
WHAT IS A NET ZERO HOME?
A Net Zero home produces as much energy as is consumed. A New Energy Home is not necessarily a net zero home. While we aim to eliminate a minimum of 50% of your energy costs, getting your home to Net Zero will require the addition of our innovative thin film solar.
